Kevin’s ambitious hands-on approach allowed him to simultaneously start Greenwood homes while working as a Fire Battalion Chief for the Tahoe Douglas Fire Protection District. Now retired from the Fire Department, Kevin’s full attention is focused on channeling his energies to what he initially envisioned Greenwood Homes; a large scale, competitive, multi state, residential and commercial construction company.
Prior to Kevin’s 20-year service as a Firefighter and Battalion Chief, he managed corporate lakeside estate properties and worked summers as a framing and finish carpenter.

David’s vast construction experience (over 39 years) allows him to seamlessly perform duties as the Construction Manager for the Greenwood family of companies. He has brought the disciplines of large scale commercial contracting to both the residential and commercial business activities of Greenwood Homes/Commercial Inc. David is responsible for the oversight of all of Greenwoods’ construction activities including but not limited to; estimating, job cost control, contracts, field management, financial/accounting, and employee management.
David graduated from UCLA with a major in structural and civil engineering. His unparalleled work ethic and detail oriented Project Management skills made way for advancement, eventually becoming Vice President for large-scale Construction Companies based in Los Angeles. David brings order to complex projects while maintaining budgets, schedules, and partnerships, for the successful delivery of first class projects.

Before signing on with Greenwood homes David owned and operated Conover Construction Company here in the Reno/Tahoe areas.
Prior to Conover Construction Company David founded Davcon Inc., a commercial general building contractor in Orange County, CA. Successfully completing Low, Mid, and High-rise commercial projects, Hotels, Hospital/Medical Centers, Commercial TI, and Custom homebuilding for 13 years.

David enjoys a variety of social activities in the Tahoe area with family and friends.

As a Project Manager for Greenwood Homes/Commercial Inc., Rick Williams estimates, budgets and manages single family, multi-family and commercial construction projects for the company. His responsibilities include overseeing every phase of the construction project and coordinating communication among all parties involved in the building process to deliver the project on time and on budget. His strong background in resort construction development is the perfect compliment to Greenwood Homes team. Rick has the abiity to bring complex projects from the envisioning stage thru to completion.
Rick is a results oriented, hands-on construction and development professional. Over 25 years of expertise in all facets of the industry. Verifiable track record for the successful completion of multi-million dollar projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors, and clients while maintaining costs.

Before joining Greenwood, Rick worked at Basin Street Properties as a Construction Project Manager Overseeing commercial projects in Petaluma, Sacramento and Reno.
Prior to Basin Street he worked for Intrawest Placemaking as a Development/Construction Manager for one of the largest resort real estate developers in the world. Located in the Southwest Regional offices Rick worked on top ranked projects in Mammoth Lakes, Squaw Valley, Napa, and Lake Las Vegas NV.

As General Superintendent for Greenwood Homes/Commercial Inc. Pat Walker brings over 31 years of fine homebuilding, multifamily, and commercial TI construction to the Greenwood building team. Pat is responsible for the direct supervision of superintendents in the field. Pat’s excellent communication skills allow him to support the field superintendents so they can perform at a high performance level. Realizing that at Greenwood homes/Commercial the Superintendent is often the first line of contact for the client, Pat’s mentoring has ensured that the Greenwood team of Superintendents perform at the highest level.
Pat’s multifaceted experience is unlimited; he has worked on all types of residential projects from estate style lakefront properties to condominium projects, as well as piers and boathouses. Pat enjoys keeping up with the latest building technologies/methods ensuring Greenwood’s clients have the best possible product available during construction.

Before joining Greenwood, Pat worked at Mike Keplinger Construction as a Construction superintendent overseeing custom home, and commercial projects in Lake Tahoe area.
While serving in the US Army Pat studied business and architectural drafting. Prior to this Pat worked and studied under the Carpenters Apprenticeship program in Las Vegas, NV.

Pat enjoys spending time with family and friends, skiing, sailing, fishing, and fresh, untouched powder.

Joe brings 38 years of construction experience to Greenwood Homes/Commercial, Inc. with experience in all aspects of construction. Joe has worked in a superintendent capacity on high-end custom homes in the Lake Tahoe area for 21 years. His responsibilities include overseeing the project on every phase of the construction process. Joe’s ability to coordinate, and schedule work-flow with all the various subcontractors while ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship, make him a favorite request for Greenwood Homes’ repeat Customers. Joe’s ability to maintain communication among all parties involved in the building process enables him to deliver high-level projects on time and on budget.
Joe previously owned a his own construction business in Lake Havasu City, Arizona for 10-years, building custom homes, townhouses, condominiums and various big box commercial projects. His management style is very hands-on (it’s not uncommon to find Joe with his bags on while managing complex build-outs). Joe continues to love the building profession; he still enjoys refining his skills, and expertise while facing the challenges of day-to-day building.

Before joining Greenwood, Joe worked at John Corda Construction as a Construction superintendent overseeing custom home, and commercial projects in Incline Village NV.
Prior to John Corda he worked for Sagan Rich Construction Management Company, DeVos Construction, and Allen Fleming-Westar Land Development as a Construction Superintendent on high-end custom homes in the Tahoe, Carson and Reno areas.
